Shipping 

Items will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked or available to pick up in-store for no shipping fee. An option to post via Royal Mail Tracked with a postal fee or in-store pickup with no shipping fee. The postage covers the cost of good, sturdy packaging and tracking.

Delivery

It takes 5-14 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location. All products ship worldwide. Once you place your order, you will be updated by email and you will be able to follow its process on the Order Tracking page.

Customs & Tax Fees

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Returns

Return Policy

We’re a small family business and at this time, we don’t offer returns and exchanges. We will see if we can offer returns in the future. But if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at contact@hotfrogrecords.com

Refund

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at  contact@hotfrogrecords.com with the order number, photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
